The board, in their November 25, 2021 meeting, unanimously approved to race the Keith Linton and Penny Bath (foals of 2018) as 4 year old’s in 2022. At the November 25th meeting it was suggested that the race go in the later part of January however, in our board meeting of Tuesday, January 4, 2022 it was agreed to move the dates into February due to the current weather and track conditions. The final decision, although subject to potential date adjustments due to weather and track conditions is as follows. The elimination of both the Linton and Bath will go Sunday, February 13, 2022 and the final will be scheduled for Sunday, February 20, 2022. It was also agreed that the purse will be adjusted to 75% of the original allocated amount of $75,000.00 to the new purse of $56,250.00. The eliminations will compete for a purse of $10,000.00 per division.
