Please note that all mares must be registered, in foal or not.  This gives HRBC an accurate number of the mares that are in BC for that given year as well as the stallions they were bred to. Just a reminder that in order to receive the 2022 New Foal Incentive, your mare(s) must be registered with Harness Racing BC.
