Proposed Sale Entry Application Notice
ATTENTION BREEDERS/OWNERS:
During the board meeting of March 26, 2025, the Sale Committee presented a proposal to have a live sale on Saturday, September 13, 2025. At this time, the Executive is looking for information; therefore, a ‘Proposed’ Sale Form is available to determine how many yearlings would be entered. Please note that a SALE STAKE WILL NOT BE ATTACHED to this proposed live sale.
To complete the proposed sale entry application, no fee is required. If you are interested in entering your yearlings to a live sale WITHOUT a Sale Stake attached, please list the names of your yearlings on the sale entry form andsend or hand deliver your entry form to the HRBC office. There is an area that asks if an ONLINE SALE would be of interest to you, and again no stakeattached; the purpose of this information is to see how many breeder/owners would be interested in entering their yearlings to an online sale in the event that HRBC does not receive sufficient numbers of yearling entries to a live sale with no stake.
