This is official notice of our upcoming ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for Harness Racing BC Society to be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022  at 5:00 p.m. This years’ AGM will be held via Zoom Video Conference and in person held in the Backstretch Kitchen. Please find attached documentation for the upcoming AGM.  Please note that only Active Members in good standing and Honourary Members can vote at the AGM.

Please ensure that if you have any issues or complaints with GPEB or their staff that you handle it as directed in Mr. MacLeod’s letter to the industry. Just a reminder that the following stake payments are due May 1, 2022 ( midnight BC time) payable to Standardbred Canada. 

BC Bred Stake foals of 2021 –  Yearling in 2022 – Nomination payment of $50

BC Bred #24  foals of 2020 – 2 year old in 2022 – 1^st Sustaining payment of  $100

BC Bred #23  foals of 2019 – 3 year old in 2022 – 2^nd Sustaining payment of  $150

Linton/Bath Open  foals of 2021 – Yearling in 2022 – Nomination payment of  $10
