BC NEW FOAL INCENTIVE – FOALS OF 2025
All BC Bred 2024 2025 Foals that submit a completed BC New Foal Incentive Application may receive an $2,000 incentive payment grant providing eligibility and applications are accepted by HRBC. Mare must be registered with HRBC to be eligible.
DEADLINE: ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HRBC OFFICE NO LATER THAN DECEBMER 31st (YEAR OF FOALING) IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BC NEW FOAL INCENTIVE PAYMENT OF $2,000 FOR THE 2024 2025 FOAL.

HRBC TRANSFER OF BC NEW FOAL INCENTIVE
On July 21, 2020 the board of directors voted on implementing a form that would allow the Owner of the foal transfer funds from the BC New Foal Incentive to the Stallion owner which serviced the assigned mare. In order for this application to be accepted, completed form must be submitted to the HRBC office. Please note that the Mare must be registered with a the HRBC Resident Mare Enrollment Program for the Foal to be eligible to receive the incentive.
