Please note that ALL horses that are entered to go the first two days of racing in February 2023, Harness Racing BC will be paying $500.00 excluding scratched horses. Please remember that entries must be in the entry box by 9:00 am on draw day.
Please ensure that your GPEB License is paid along with your HRBC and Standardbred Canada membership in order to race.
QUALIFIERS/SCHOOLING
• Schooling is scheduled for 11:00 am on every Tuesday, January 17, 24, 31st
• Qualifiers for Sunday, January 22nd begins at noon but horses must be entered on Saturday, January 21st by 10:00 am
• Qualifiers for Friday, January 27th begins at 1:00 pm but must be entered on Thursday, January 26th by 10:00 am.
NOTE: IF YOU ARE WANTING TO ENTER ONLINE FOR QUALIFIERS, YOU CAN DO SO BEGINNING TOMORROW, JANUARY 12TH.

(Part Ill -Standard bred Racing Rules)

Chapter 4-Declarations and Eligibility of Horses Rule 198. (I) reads as (1) A race secretary shall not accept a declaration unless the horse shows a clean charted line within the previous 45 clear days and must perform satisfactorily in a qualifying race. (amended !8/0912019)

A temporary variance to this rule has been granted so that horses that raced at Fraser Downs in December 2022, prior to the break in the race meet, be. allowed ·to enter lo race at Fraser Downs during the first two weeks of February 2023 once racing resumes, which is outside the 45 day window. In order to be allowed to enter to race using the variance, the horse must show a clean charted line at Fraser Downs in December 2022and be eligible to enter, (i.e. must not he on the Veterinarians List or Judges List).
