Please be advised that we will be scheduling meetings with the track operator in the next short while. One of the topics for discussion will be the cancelling of days recently. We understand that several members lost sizeable amounts of money in the preparation to race for this past week. We would appreciate if you could organize and summarize your related support documents and send or deliver these related materials detailing the costs-to the HRBC office. We will review the submissions to determine “potential’ ways in gaining compensation in our discussions with the operator.

Please be advised that the Dan Ingram Memorial and the Fraser Miss nomination date will change from November 15^th  to be due on entry day, November 20^th.
