On Friday, September 17, 2021, 30 minutes after the competition of Qualifiers,(approximately 3:30pm), the Annual Standardbred Rules Meeting will be held in the kitchen in the backstretch at Fraser Downs.

if you have any specific rule amendments that you wish to propose, Rule Amendment request forms can be picked up in the GPEB Office or HRBC Office. Here is a PFD of the form:

Please be advised that effective immediately, Harness Racing BC will no longer be dividing BC purse cheques per ownership percent.  If your horse has several owners and you would like to appoint someone to be their authorized agent, please submit the 2021 BC Appointment of Authorized Agent form for cheque authorization
